The customer refers to any person or persons including but not limited to students, guardians or parents, educational institutions and companies (either private or public) that purchase or use AMEPP works, publications, Courses and Resources, products and services and includes the AMEPP website for any purpose.

In using AMEPP works, publications, Courses and Resources, products and services and this website the student, applicant, customer, parent/guardian of a student, applicant or customer:

understands and agrees that unless otherwise indicated, copyright in all works, publications and subject matter other than works (including layout) on all AMEPP works, publications, Courses and Resources, products and services including the AMEPP website is owned by AMEPP.

agrees and certifies that he/she is enrolling in the AMEPP Preparation Courses and Resources Program to help prepare for the Undergraduate Medicine and Health Sciences Admission Test (UMAT) and/or the Graduate Australian Medical School Admission Test (GAMSAT) and not for any other purpose.

certifies that he/she is not an employee, agent or representative of any other test preparation company.

acknowledges and agrees that AMEPP works, publications, materials, products and services that are received from AMEPP are confidential and proprietary to AMEPP, and cannot be sold, loaned, rented, given away, distributed, transfered or exploited in any manner.

agrees that he/she will not allow another person or persons to use any of AMEPP's works, publications, materials, preparation Courses and Resources, products and services.

understands and agrees that AMEPP works, publications, materials, Courses and Resources, products and services including the AMEPP website in any portion will not be adapted, translated, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted.

understands and agrees that no AMEPP works, publications, materials, Courses and Resources, products and services including the AMEPP website will be stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, recording, or otherwise without the express and prior written permission of AMEPP.

is aware and agrees that he/she may purchase a single copy of AMEPP works, publications, materials, Courses and Resources, products and services (unless special arrangements have been made) or downloads a single copy of the information on the AMEPP website for his/her use only or for use by a single member of his/her immediate family.

is aware and agrees that he/she may keep an ephemeral copy of AMEPP works, publications, materials, Courses and Resources, products and services for the sole purpose of reading and making a single hard copy of that information.

is aware and agrees that except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or other applicable laws, no part of the information contained on all AMEPP works, publications, materials, Courses and Resources, products and services and this AMEPP website will be otherwise reproduced, adapted, performed in public or transmitted in any form by any process (graphic, electronic or mechanical, including further copying, recording, taping or by a storage and information retrieval system) without prior written approval by AMEPP.

understands, and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to scan any such information obtained from the AMEPP website for computer viruses and that AMEPP will not be liable to me or to any other person, persons or organisation for any loss or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or economic), whether such damage arises in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise arising out of or related to any AMEPP works, publications, materials, Courses or Resources, products and services or information contained on the AMEPP website.
